About this role
- To strengthen customer relationships and drive portfolio growth through financial advisory, customer due diligence, needs assessment and solution-based recommendations.

- Drive business development activities and achieve assigned business targets for the FI Agriculture portfolio.
- Manage Agriculture Lending, Commodity Finance, Program-Based Loans, Tie-up Loans for Farmers, and other products offered by the vertical.
- Liaise with branches to support business growth, customer acquisition, and effective servicing of borrowers.
- Ensure adherence to product guidelines, regulatory requirements, and internal policies and processes.
- Maintain defined turnaround times (TAT) for end-to-end credit delivery and customer servicing.
- Drive cross-selling of liability products and third-party products to existing and prospective customers.
- Monitor portfolio quality and take proactive measures to minimize NPAs and credit losses.
- Optimize pricing, interest income, and fee-based revenue to support business profitability.
- Coordinate with assigned branches to drive business development, portfolio growth, and customer service initiatives.
