Relationship Manager Direct Sales - Life Insurance Co

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Identify new business opportunities through direct sales efforts, leveraging existing networks and contacts.
• Provide exceptional after-sales service by resolving client issues promptly and efficiently.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategies for cross-selling life insurance products.

Job Requirements :

• 0-5 years of experience in banking or financial services industry.
• Strong understanding of direct marketing, direct sales, and PSF (Preferred Savings Fund) concepts.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
