Relationship Manager (Dealer Finance)

Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Acquire and manage relationships with CV, CE & Car dealerships.
• Drive dealer finance, working capital & term loan business growth.
• Assess dealership financials, inventory cycles, cash flows, and credit requirements.
• Structure working capital solutions including inventory funding, cash credit, overdrafts, bank guarantees, supply chain finance and capex term loan facilities
• Monitor portfolio quality, dealer performance, and risk metrics.
• Collaborate with OEMs, dealers, and internal stakeholders to deliver business objectives.

Candidate Profile

• Graduate/Post Graduate with 5-10 years of experience in Dealer Finance, Working Capital, Commercial Banking, or SME Banking.
• Strong understanding of CV, CE & Car dealership ecosystems and OEM-dealer business models.
• Thorough knowledge of dealership business cycles, inventory funding, sales seasonality, and working capital requirements.
• Proven ability to analyze financial statements, assess credit risk, and structure financing solutions.
• Strong relationship management, negotiation, and business development skills.

Preferred Experience

Experience handling dealer relationships across leading CV & CE OEMs, including Tata Motors, Ashok Leyland, Mahindra, Eicher, BharatBenz, JCB, Caterpillar, Komatsu, CASE,
