Responsibilities:-
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to achieve sales targets for Current and Savings Accounts.
- Identify client needs and provide tailored financial solutions, including cross-selling of bank products and services.
- Conduct detailed financial analysis and risk assessment to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate seamless onboarding and servicing of clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and enhance product offerings.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on sales performance, client feedback, and market insights to senior management.
- Lead negotiations and close deals with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and long-term partnerships.
- Ensure adherence to all compliance and regulatory requirements related to account management and sales processes.
