Responsibilities:-
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to achieve sales targets for Current and Savings Accounts.
- Identify client needs and provide customized banking solutions, ensuring alignment with AU Small Finance Bank's product offerings and compliance standards.
- Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead in the financial services market.
- Collaborate with internal teams including credit, operations, and risk management to ensure seamless onboarding and servicing of clients.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation, client meetings, proposal development, to closure and post-sale support.
- Monitor and analyze portfolio performance, proactively addressing client concerns and identifying opportunities for cross-selling additional financial products.
