Job Brief:- AU Small Finance Bank Limited is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our Sales department as a Relationship Manager specializing in Current and Savings Accounts (CV & CE). This role is pivotal in driving the bank's growth by managing and expanding a portfolio of clients, delivering tailored financial solutions, and ensuring superior customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of financial products, excellent interpersonal skills, and a proven track record in client relationship management within the financial services sector. This position demands strategic thinking, strong negotiation capabilities, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments to meet and exceed business objectives.

Responsibilities:-

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to promote the bank's Current and Savings Account products.
• Identify client needs and provide customized financial solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the bank's deposit base.
• Conduct regular portfolio reviews to assess client financial health and recommend appropriate banking products and services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including credit, operations, and marketing to ensure seamless service delivery and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead in the financial services industry.
• Prepare and present detailed reports on client interactions, sales performance, and market feedback to senior management.
• Resolve client queries and issues promptly to maintain high levels of customer trust and loyalty.
• Participate in training programs and workshops to stay updated on the latest banking products, policies, and industry regulations.

Preferred Qualifications:-

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is preferred.
