Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to increase sales, cross-sell products, and upsell services.
• Identify new business opportunities through lead generation, prospecting, and networking within the BFSI industry.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop marketing strategies for client acquisition and retention.
• Analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their financial goals.

Job Requirements :

• 1-12 years of experience in agency management, brokerage, or related fields such as finance, insurance, NBFC etc. .
• Strong understanding of B2C marketing principles and practices in the BFSI sector.
• Proven track record of successful client acquisition and retention through effective relationship building skills.
