Qualification:

• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent

Experience:

• 1 to 5 years of experience in Consumer Loans, Business Loans, Small Enterprise Loans, Personal Loans, LAP, Gold Loans, or related financial products
• Freshers with strong sales aptitude may also be considered

Key Responsibilities

• Acquire new customers for Consumer and Small Enterprise Loan products.
• Generate business through direct sales, referrals, and local market sourcing.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Assess customer requirements and recommend suitable loan products.
• Coordinate with credit and operations teams for smooth loan processing.
• Achieve monthly and annual business targets.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Explore local market opportunities to expand the customer base.
