Roles & Responsibilities

Manage and strengthen relationships with existing corporate agency and broking partners to drive business growth and improve retention.
Identify and acquire new business opportunities through alternate distribution channels, including corporate agents and brokers.
Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue generation from the existing client and partner base.
Coordinate with internal departments such as underwriting, operations, claims, and customer service to ensure timely resolution of partner and customer queries.
Provide excellent service support to partners and customers to maintain high satisfaction levels and long-term engagement.
Drive sales targets by promoting life insurance products and solutions through the CAB channel.
Conduct regular partner meetings, training sessions, and business reviews to enhance productivity and channel performance.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.

Preferred Qualifications

Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline
