Relationship Manager / Branch Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve monthly loan disbursement targets through direct field sales.
• Generate leads, acquire new customers, and build strong customer relationships.
• Plan and execute local marketing activities to generate business.
• Ensure timely collections and maintain a high-quality loan portfolio.
• Regular travel to nearby spoke locations is required for business development.

Preferred Profile:

• Graduate with 1-5 years of field sales experience in Financial Services, NBFC, Banking, Insurance, Home Loans, Mortgage Loans, SME Loans, MFI, or Education Loans.
• Good communication skills in English and the local language.
• Basic computer knowledge, smartphone usage, and a valid driving licence are mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the branch sales team to achieve business and disbursement targets.
• Drive business development, customer acquisition, marketing initiatives, portfolio quality, profitability, and collections.
• Monitor team performance, mentor Relationship Managers, and ensure branch productivity.
• Regular travel to spoke locations is required.
• Preferred Profile: Graduate/MBA with 5+ years of experience in Banking, NBFC, Home Loans, Mortgage Loans, SME Loans, Insurance, or Financial Services, including team handling experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, MIS, and business development skills.
• A valid driving licence is mandatory
