**Experience:** Minimum 1+ Years

**Salary:** Up to 5.8 LPA

**Key Requirements:**

* Banking experience in **CASA / Current Account / Savings Account acquisition**

* Experience in **New-to-Bank (NTB) acquisition**

* Open Market Sales / Lead Generation experience

* SME / Business Banking experience preferred

* Good knowledge of commercial catchments and business segments

* Cross-selling of banking products

* Good communication and customer relationship skills

* Minimum Graduate

* Local language proficiency required

* MBA / IRDA certification preferred

### 2. RM Aspire – Relationship Manager / SDA – Non-Cash

**Location:** Chennai,Cochhin, Trivendrum,Bangalore

**Experience:** Minimum 3+ Years

**Salary:** Up to 6.5 LPA

**Key Requirements:**

* Banking experience in **Relationship Management / Customer Service / Sales**

* Customer portfolio management experience

* Strong **sales & influencing skills**

* Banking product and process knowledge

* Cross-selling of banking products

* Deposit growth / fee revenue generation experience

* Customer acquisition and relationship enhancement

* Strong customer service and communication skills

* Minimum **50% in Graduation**

* **AMFI / IRDA certification preferred**

### 3. RM – Signature Banking

**Location:** Chennai,Cochhin, Trivendrum,Bangalore

**Experience:** Minimum 4+ Years

**Salary:** Up to 9.5 LPA

**Key Requirements:**

* Relevant experience in **Banking / Wealth Management / Business Banking / NBFC / Brokerage**

* Strong experience in **Relationship Management**

* New-to-Bank customer acquisition

* Liability book & Investment AUM growth

* Wealth Management / Investment product knowledge

* Cross-selling of **Wealth, Business Banking, Trade Forex, Insurance, Investments & Retail Assets**

* Experience handling **HNI / affluent / business owner clients** preferred

* Portfolio management and client relationship enhancement

* Strong communication, sales and client management skills

* Minimum Graduate
