Relationship Manager Bancassurance

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to increase sales of life insurance products through alternate channels.
• Identify new business opportunities by prospecting for potential customers and converting them into paying clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client queries and issues, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Meet or exceed monthly targets set by the organization, consistently delivering results-driven performance.

Job Requirements :

• 0-15 years of experience in agency, banca, broking, BFSI sales, bancassurance or related fields.
• Strong understanding of life insurance products and services offered by various companies.
• Proven track record in meeting sales targets and growing revenue streams through effective relationship management.
