Relationship Manager - Bancassurance (Sales)

Role & responsibilities

• Promote and sell life insurance products to bank customers
• Build strong working relationships with bank branch managers and tellers to secure customer referrals
• Train, motivate, and coach bank staff to identify and generate insurance leads
• Meet or exceed assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
• Conduct joint sales calls with bank employees to close insurance policies

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate in any field (MBA or PGDM is a plus).
• 1 to 6 years of experience in life or general insurance sales.
• Prior background in bank-partnered sales or institutional channels.
