Relationship Manager - Bancassurance Sales (Life Insurance)

THIS IS A FIELD SALES ROLE with monthly sales targets. Candidates with field sales experience in ANY sector can apply - BFSI / Insurance / Banking sales experience will be preferred.

We are hiring Relationship Managers - Bancassurance for a leading Life Insurance company at Rajkot (Palace Road branch). 50 open positions.

Role: Drive life insurance business through partner bank branches by building strong relationships, ensuring product penetration and achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and manage relationships with partner bank branches and staff
• Achieve sales, revenue and persistency targets
• Train and support bank staff on life insurance products
• Ensure compliance with IRDAI / regulatory norms
• Monitor partner performance and resolve issues quickly

Must Haves:

• 1 to 5 years of experience in sales, bancassurance, insurance or financial services
• Good knowledge of equity and financial products
• Excellent communication and relationship skills
• Graduate in any discipline

Salary: Rs 3,00,000 - 6,00,000 per annum + incentives
