Relationship Manager- Banca

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to identify their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Identify new business opportunities through cross-selling of banking products and services, resulting in increased revenue growth.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of bancassurance processes, improving customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes to stay ahead in the competitive bancassurance landscape.

Job Requirements :

• 1-22 years of experience in banca or related field (e.g., insurance industry).
• Strong understanding of banking products and services, particularly those relevant to retail customers.
• Proven track record in sales performance, with ability to meet targets consistently over time.
