Roles and Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities through cross-selling of banking products and services.
  
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by selling bancassurance products such as BFSI sales.
  
• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of insurance products, including life insurance, health insurance, general insurance, etc.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-4 years of experience in relationship management or related field (insurance sales, bancassurance sales).
  
• Strong knowledge of BFSI industry trends and regulations.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction.
