Designation -Relationship Manager Alternate & Digital Channels

Location-Ahmedabad

CTC-12 LPA -Depends on current ctc and experience

Reporting To Zonal Sales Manager & Head Business Growth & Channel Strategy

Role Overview

Drive business growth across the state by building and activating Alternate Channel partnerships and converting digital channel leads. The role owns end-to-end engagement with institutional partners, on-ground network activation, and close coordination with Credit to maximise conversion and disbursal.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive business growth in the state by engaging with Alternate Channel Partners (CSC Network)

• Increase digital channel lead conversion by enabling and supporting the sales team.
  
• Conduct engagement events across the state to activate and energise the CSC network.
  
• Coordinate closely with the Credit team to reduce TAT and maximise disbursal of logged-in cases.
  
• Identify and onboard new institutional partnerships for lead sourcing.
  

Key Qualifications
• Graduate degree.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in lending; Home Loans (HL) preferred.
• Strong relationship management, channel activation, and stakeholder coordination skills.
