Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with existing customers to ensure timely payment of EMIs and minimize defaults.
  
• Identify new business opportunities through referrals, networking, and market research.
  
• Conduct site visits to assess property conditions and verify documents for loan processing.
  
• Develop strong connections with clients by providing excellent customer service and resolving issues promptly.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex cases and improve overall performance.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-8 years of experience in home loans, housing finance, or related fields (NBFC).
  
• Strong understanding of affordable housing schemes such as DSA, DST, LAP, Mortgage Loans, Open Market transactions.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction and negotiation abilities.
