About this role
An upcoming NBFC is looking for Relationship Executive Gold Loan & Financial Services
Locations: Attingal | Kesavadasapuram | Shasthamangalam | Pettah, Thiruvananthapuram
Experience: Freshers & Experienced Candidates
Education: Graduate in any discipline
Role & Responsibilities
- Handle walk-in customers and understand their financial requirements.
- Generate new Gold Loan business through branch leads, referrals, customer follow-ups and local market activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and generate repeat/renewal business.
- Assist customers with Gold Loan processing, documentation and related branch activities.
- Follow up with customers for interest servicing, renewals and other requirements.
- Cross-sell suitable products including Insurance, Gold Coins, CCD and other allied financial products.
- Support branch-level sales, customer service and local marketing initiatives.
- Maintain accurate customer records and required documentation.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, KYC and operational procedures.
- Work with the Branch Manager and team to achieve business and customer-service objectives.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with experience in Gold Loan, Banking, NBFC, Insurance, Sales or Customer Service will have an advantage.
- Candidates looking to restart their career after a career break are encouraged to apply.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn and a customer-focused approach.
- Comfortable working with business targets.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Malayalam communication skills will be an advantage.
Gold Loan or financial-services experience is not mandatory. Training will be provided to suitable candidates.
