Relationship Executive (Female only)

Role Summary:

The Relationship Executive will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with institutional clients, ensuring student satisfaction, and identifying opportunities to improve vending machine operations and service quality.

Key Responsibilities:

* Visit assigned colleges, universities, and client locations regularly.

* Meet institutional stakeholders, wardens, administrators, and facility teams to collect feedback on vending machine performance and services.

* Interact with students to understand their preferences, concerns, and product requirements.

* Observe machine usage patterns, customer behavior, and service issues on campus.

* Prepare and share feedback reports, observations, and recommendations with the operations and growth teams.

* Coordinate with operations teams to resolve complaints and improve service levels.

* Conduct periodic satisfaction surveys among students and client representatives.

* Build and maintain long-term relationships with key client contacts.

* Identify opportunities for machine relocation, product expansion, and additional deployments within campuses.

* Ensure timely closure of client concerns and follow up on action items.

Skills Required:

* Good observation and problem-solving abilities.

* Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting.

* Willingness to travel extensively across assigned locations.

Preferred Qualification:

* Graduate in any discipline.

* 13 years of experience in client servicing, customer relations, field operations, or campus engagement.
