Relationship Executive -Business Loans

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to drive sales of Nano Business Loans and Loan Against Property (LAP). The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with bank officials, following up on leads received from banking partners, conducting field visits, meeting prospective customers, and organizing sales activities to achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Bank Coordination: Build and maintain strong relationships with bank employees, branch managers, and banking partners to generate business opportunities and receive customer leads.
• Lead Management: Follow up on leads provided by banks, contact prospective customers, and convert leads into successful loan applications.
• Field Sales: Conduct regular field visits to meet customers, understand their financial requirements, and promote Nano Business Loans and LAP products.
• Sales Activities: Conduct market visits, customer meetings, promotional activities, and other field-level sales initiatives to generate new business.
• Customer Acquisition: Identify potential customers, including small business owners, traders, self-employed individuals, and property owners who require business financing.
• Loan Processing Coordination: Collect the required customer documents and coordinate with banking teams for application processing, verification, and loan disbursement.
• Relationship Management: Maintain good relationships with existing and prospective customers to generate referrals and repeat business.
• Target Achievement: Achieve monthly sales targets, lead conversion targets, and other business objectives assigned by the organization.
• Market Development: Identify new business opportunities within the assigned territory and maintain regular contact with bank branches.
• Reporting: Maintain daily sales reports, field visit updates, lead status, and customer follow-up records.

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Graduate in any discipline.
• Experience: 03 years of experience in field sales, banking sales, loan sales, or financial services preferred. Freshers with good communication and sales skills may also be considered.
• Skills Required:

• Ability to coordinate effectively with bank officials.
• Strong customer acquisition and lead conversion skills.
• Willingness to travel and conduct regular field visits.
• Basic understanding of business loans and Loan Against Property (LAP) is an advantage.
• Target-oriented approach with good negotiation and follow-up skills.
