Reinsurance Manager

Role & responsibilities

The role is responsible for driving foreign inward reinsurance business by sourcing and developing relationships with international insurers, brokers, and cedants. The candidate will focus on expanding inbound reinsurance portfolios, negotiating facultative placements, and strengthening the organizations global presence.

Preferred candidate profile

Placement & Negotiation

• Negotiate terms, pricing, and capacity for inward reinsurance deals.
• Structure treaty and facultative reinsurance arrangements.
• Work closely with underwriting teams for risk assessment and acceptance.

Business Development

• Identify and develop foreign inward reinsurance opportunities from international markets.
• Build relationships with overseas insurers, reinsurers, and global brokers.
• Expand treaty and facultative inward business portfolio.
