Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Regulatory Manager to lead UK regulatory affairs, product compliance, and management-system certification for our UK site.

This is a permanent position, with the employment contract formally renewed every two years, subject to applicable employment terms and continued role requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and maintain FSSC 22000 and ISO 9001 certification.
• Manage HACCP, Food Defence, TACCP, VACCP, internal audits, CAPA, and certification audits.
• Oversee SDS, specifications, allergen/GMO statements, IFRA, REACH, CLP, and regulatory declarations.
• Ensure compliance with UK/EU, US, and Asian regulatory requirements.
• Lead and quality-check the India regulatory back-office team, including workflow, SOPs, training, and final document approval.
• Manage customer regulatory questionnaires, audits, and technical queries.
• Manage supplier regulatory documentation, approvals, and compliance.
• Review product labelling, CLP, PCN/UFI, and new-product regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Degree in Chemistry, Food Science, Biochemistry, or a related field.
• 5+ years of regulatory experience in flavour & fragrance, essential oils, food ingredients, cosmetics, or specialty chemicals.
• Strong knowledge of REACH, CLP, GHS, SDS, and IFRA.
• Proven experience with FSSC 22000/BRCGS and ISO 9001.
• HACCP Level 3 minimum.
• Lead Auditor qualification is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder-management skills.

Salary & Benefits

Salary package: Up to 5,00,000 per month + other facilities/benefits.
