Regulatory Compliance Associate

Responsibilities:

• The Regulatory Compliance Associate is dedicated to the generation and upkeep of all GHS Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and OSHA/GHS/CLP labels across Global Actylis sites
• In this role, the Associate will be responsible for the authoring of SDS and GHS labels. Additionally, the Associate is responsible for keeping the SDS library current.
• The Associate will participate in the triennial update of all SDS and GHS labels

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in the physical, life, or health science.
• 2 years of experience drafting SDS/Labels.
• Working knowledge of UL WERCS software is preferred. Functional/Technical Competencies and Skill Sets.
• Attention to detail is critical.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of, at minimum, US GHS, CLP, and Canada GHS.
