- Statutory Support: Prepare agendas, maintain records, and draft minutes for the Governing Body, Academic Council, and College Development Committee (CDC).
- Regulatory Liaison: Coordinate official approvals and compliance with the University of Mumbai, UGC, Joint Director (Higher Education), and NAAC.
- HR & Office Operations: Supervise non-teaching staff, maintain service record, manage leaves/promotions, and oversee general campus administration.
- Admissions & Exams: Supervise student eligibility verification, enrollment records, and support the autonomous Examination Cell.
- Legal & RTI: Act as the college Public Information Officer (PIO) for RTI applications and manage institution legal matters.
- Any other duties and responsibilities assign by the authorities.
- Proficiency in Marathi and English; computer certification; typically, 35-45 years (with standard government age relaxations).
