Job Role & Responsibilities

This is a Team Role. All Team members ( Nurses, Phlebotomist & Pharmacists ) have to work together as a team in the eClinic.

Operations at the Center

• Patient registration & On boarding
• Vital measurement and recording
• Recommending patients to right doctors based on symptom checker analysis
• Quick consultation with empaneled doctors
• Specialist consultation booking and schedule
• Medicine booking and dispensation as per customers preference
• Perform inhouse available test at the center based on Doctors prescriptions
• Collect samples for pathology test based on Doctors prescriptions
• Book and refer patients to partner Radiology Laboratory based on Doctors prescriptions
• Book and refer patients to partners Hospitals as per need
• Executive should book all services as requested and confirmed by the patient on the platform only after taking the money from the Patient in recommended form
• should take care of all equipment (Diagnostics, IT, Electrical Fixture, Furniture etc)
• should keep the satellite centre clean and hygienic.
