1. Demonstrate knowledge and skills on assisting for basic and advanced procedure.

2. To be Knowledgeable & skilled on drug and fluid dilution and calculation.

3. Demonstrate skill on E.T & Tracheotomy suctioning & handling of high end equipments.

4. Knowledgeable & skilled on managing patients on invasive and non invasive ventilator.

5. To be Knowledgeable about management of ICD /EVD/Central line/Arterial line/ Invasive devices.

6. To be knowledgeable of Isolation and Barrier nursing.

7. Care of patients on restraints and follow restraint policy as required.

8. Be aware and Implement bundle care

9. Demonstrate skill on nursing care of haemodynamically compromised patients.

Staff Nurse Intensive Care Unit

10.To be knowledgeable & skilled in taking care of immunocompromised patients.

11. Follow proper infection control practices

12. Follow proper segregation and disposal of biomedical waste

13. Follow proper donning and doffing protocol and usage of appropriate PPE.

14. Aware of the quality monitors of the unit

15. Proper documentation and immediate escalation of any deviations
