Regional Visual Merchandiser

Role & responsibilities

• Ensure VM standards are followed across all stores in the region.
• Execute seasonal campaigns, launches, window displays, and mannequin styling.
• Conduct regular store visits and VM audits.
• Ensure proper product placement, zoning, and visual presentation.
• Train store teams on VM standards and styling.
• Coordinate with Retail, Marketing, and HO VM teams.
• Support new store openings and store refits.
• Monitor VM materials, fixtures, and props.
• Analyze store performance and implement VM improvements.
• Prepare VM reports and ensure timely corrective actions.
