Regional Training Manager

Training Strategy & Governance •

Develop and execute the India Security Training Strategy aligned with organizational objectives and corporate security goals. • Establish annual training plans, learning roadmaps, and capability development frameworks for the security function. • Drive standardization of training programs, content, processes, and delivery methodologies across all India locations. • Implement governance mechanisms to track training compliance, effectiveness, and continuous improvement. • Ensure all mandatory, regulatory, compliance, and security-specific training requirements are completed within established timelines. Learning & Capability Development • Conduct comprehensive Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify skill gaps and development opportunities. • Design and deliver learning solutions using instructor-led, virtual, blended, and self-paced methodologies. • Create structured learning pathways for security personnel, supervisors, managers, and future leaders. • Develop and maintain training materials, assessments, certifications, and knowledge management resources. • Drive leadership development and succession planning initiatives across the security organization. • Promote a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and professional development. Stakeholder Management • Serve as the primary point of contact for all security training and capability development initiatives across India. • Partner with Corporate Security, Operations, HR, and business leaders to align learning interventions with business requirements. • Collaborate with global and regional learning teams to localize and implement enterprise learning initiatives. • Build strong relationships with external training providers, industry associations, and subject matter experts. • Present training performance metrics, program effectiveness, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership. Operational Excellence & Compliance • Support new site launches, business expansions, and organizational transformation initiatives through targeted learning programs. • Conduct training audits and quality assurance reviews to ensure consistency and effectiveness of delivery. • Monitor program outcomes and implement data-driven improvements based on participant feedback and performance metrics. • Ensure readiness for internal audits, external assessments, certifications, and compliance reviews. • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance workforce capability and operational performance. Leadership & Team Management • Lead, coach, and develop regional training specialists, facilitators, and training partners. • Establish performance standards and development objectives for training teams. • Foster collaboration, accountability, and a high-performance learning culture. • Mentor future leaders and contribute to talent development strategies within the security organization.

Qualifications Education • Bachelors degree in human resources, Learning & Development, Education, Business Administration, Security Management, or a related field. • Master's Degree or MBA preferred. Experience • 5+ years of Learning & Development, Training, or Organizational Development experience. • Minimum 3+ years of experience managing regional or national training programs. • Proven experience designing and implementing large-scale learning strategies across geographically dispersed operations. • Experience within Corporate Security, Technology, E-commerce, Shared Services, BPO, Logistics, Manufacturing, or multinational organizations preferred. • Experience managing training programs supporting large and diverse workforce populations across India. Certifications (Preferred) • ATD, CPTD, Train-the-Trainer, Instructional Design, Leadership Development, or equivalent certifications. • Relevant Security Management or Risk Management certifications are advantageous.
