Regional Training Manager

Job Title: Regional Training Manager

Job Summary:
Responsible for driving regional warehouse L&D initiatives, training needs assessment, content development, and capability building in alignment with business objectives across Retail, Supply Chain, or Logistics.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and implement annual training plans.
• Develop and update training content and learning modules.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and maintain training MIS.
• Collaborate with HR, Business, and L&D stakeholders.
• Manage internal trainers, external vendors, and workshops.
• Conduct regional audits and address process gaps through training.
• Coach and support teams to improve performance and capabilities.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Graduate in any relevant stream; MBA or Master's degree completed or pursuing.
• 3 to 8 years of relevant experience in Retail, Supply Chain, or Logistics.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
• Proactive, adaptable, collaborative, and outcome-oriented.
