Regional Training Manager

Role Purpose

The Regional Training Manager will be responsible for driving learning and capability-building initiatives across the South Region. The role will focus on enhancing business productivity, ensuring consistent knowledge dissemination, improving sales and service effectiveness, and building leadership capabilities through structured training interventions.

Key Responsibilities

Training Need Analysis

• Partner with Regional Business Heads, HRBPs, and Functional Leaders to identify capability gaps.
• Conduct training needs assessments based on business performance, audits, compliance requirements, and employee feedback.
• Design regional learning roadmaps aligned with organizational objectives.

Sales & Product Training

• Deliver training programs on:
• Home Loan products
• Affordable Housing Finance
• Sales process and conversion effectiveness
• Customer service excellence
• Collections and portfolio management
• Cross-selling and customer engagement
• Support onboarding and induction of new hires.

Leadership & Behavioral Development

• Facilitate programs on leadership, people management, communication, coaching, and stakeholder management.
• Build managerial capabilities for Branch Managers, Area Managers, and Regional teams.

Learning Delivery

• Conduct classroom, virtual, and on-the-job learning interventions.
• Develop training content, facilitator guides, assessments, and learning resources.
• Ensure standardized learning delivery across all South Region locations.

Performance & Impact Measurement

• Track training effectiveness through assessments, certification scores, productivity metrics, and business outcomes.
• Publish periodic learning dashboards and impact reports.
• Monitor learning compliance across the region.

Stakeholder Management

• Work closely with Business Heads, HRBPs, Operations, Credit, Customer Service, and Collections teams.
• Coordinate with external vendors and training partners when required.

• Training coverage across branches and regions
• New hire onboarding effectiveness
• Certification completion rates
• Sales productivity improvement post-training
• Learning compliance adherence
• Employee engagement and capability enhancement metrics
• Internal promotion readiness and succession pipeline strength

Experience

• 8-12 years of experience in Training & Development.
• Preferably from:
• Housing Finance
• Banking
• NBFC
• Financial Services
• Insurance
