Regional Training Manager

Role & responsibilities

Training Strategy & Execution

• Develop and execute regional training plans aligned with business objectives.
• Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify competency gaps.
• Design and deliver classroom, virtual, and on-the-job training programs.
• Ensure effective rollout of corporate learning initiatives across the region.
• Customize training content based on regional business requirements.

Sales & Product Training

• Conduct product, process, customer service, and sales capability training.
• Train front line employees, managers, and channel partners on sales techniques and best practices.
• Support new product launches through training and certification programs.
• Drive improvement in key sales and service KPIs through targeted interventions.

Stakeholder Management

• Partner with Regional Business Heads, Area Managers, and HR teams to align learning priorities.
• Act as a trusted advisor on capability development and performance improvement.
• Coordinate with central L&D teams for training content and learning initiatives.

Preferred candidate profile

• 5-8years of experience in Training, Learning & Development, Sales Training, or Capability Building.
• Experience managing regional training operations.
• Proven track record in designing and delivering large-scale training programs.
• Experience in BFSI or related industries preferred.
