About this role
Roles and Responsibilities :
Support talent acquisition and own end-to-end onboarding for MedComms talent to minimise time to independence.
Build role-based learning paths (e.g., editor, medical writer, QC reviewer) using self-study, live sessions, and on-the-job practice.
Train teams on global agency ways of working (deliverables, workflows, review cycles, and client expectations).
Design and facilitate training on editorial skills, MedComms fundamentals, client expectations, SOPs, and responsible AI-enabled delivery.
Curate and maintain a learning library.
Measure effectiveness (time to independence, quality indicators, feedback) and iterate the programme.
Job Requirements :
- 6-18 years of experience in a similar role within the pharmaceutical industry or any Medical writing Agency or related field.
- Strong understanding of medical writing, scientific communication, and product knowledge in the pharmaceutical sector.
- Proven track record of developing successful training programs for Medical Writers.
