Regional Training Manager For Rupeek

Role & responsibilities

• Experience in training frontline / sales / customer-facing teams
• Strong sales training and capability-building orientation
• Experience in new-joiner onboarding
• Strong communication, facilitation and presentation skills
• Ability to train and coach Relationship Managers, RMTs and Sales Managers
• BFSI / NBFC / Fintech / Lending / Gold Loan experience will be preferred
• Candidate should be comfortable with regional travel

The role will focus on new-joiner onboarding, RM capability building, Sales Manager capability, sales training, refresher training and regional capability priorities
