Regional Trainer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Design and deliver training programs for retail staff across multiple locations in West Bengal, focusing on soft skills, sales techniques, and product knowledge.
• Conduct classroom-based sessions as well as OJT (On-the-Job Training) to ensure effective learning outcomes.
• Develop behavioral training modules to improve customer service standards and reduce attrition rates.
• Collaborate with regional managers to identify training needs and develop customized solutions.

Job Requirements :

• 1-5 years of experience in behavioural training, classroom training, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of retail industry trends and best practices in India.
• Proven track record of designing engaging training programs that drive business results.
