Regional Trainer

Role & responsibilities

• Ensuring store capability in managing store operations and customer handling skills.
• To conduct training programs for the region as per the training calendar.
• Training budget management.
• Maintain a keen understanding of national and global training trends, developments and best practices.
• Ensure to measure the degree to which Training enhances store performance by improving their output and maximizing their productivity. Sustaining and strengthening individual and team development initiatives.
• Showcase the training initiatives through special projects with a direct impact on business in terms of sales.
• Hand-holding new stores exclusive training and support in setting up the store operations.
• To work closely with SMs, ABMs and RM’s and identify the training needs of the region and individual stores.
• Analysis of training scores and ROI periodically.
• Specific Training initiatives for the region.

Preferred candidate profile

• Good communication skills with knowledge of regional languages.

• Willingness to travel locally and upcountry, to visit stores and conduct training programs.

• Excellent presentation skills.

• Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job, classroom training, e-learning, workshops, etc.)

• Coordinating / Analysis of the training activities

• Knows store operations to design relevant, effective training and orientation programs for employees.
