Regional Technical Manager - Prime LAP

Lead and manage the technical evaluation process for Loan Against Property (LAP) proposals within the SME segment
Conduct and review property valuations, inspections, and technical due diligence to ensure policy compliance
Coordinate with credit, risk, and legal teams to ensure smooth and accurate loan assessments
Monitor and manage the performance of empaneled valuers and technical agencies, ensuring timely and quality reporting
Assess market trends and update property valuation benchmarks periodically
Ensure accuracy in documentation, adherence to internal SOPs, and risk mitigation through robust technical scrutiny
Provide expert guidance and training to regional teams for consistent quality in technical assessments
Collaborate with zonal and state teams to drive efficiency, reduce TAT, and enhance process reliability
