Regional Seller Lead

Role Summary

We are looking for a proactive Seller Support & Operations Executive to support the growth and smooth operations of nurture.retail by managing seller relationships, supporting day-to-day operations, monitoring inventory, and ensuring a seamless seller experience on the platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day communication and queries from assigned sellers.
• Conduct seller visits to understand business requirements, address operational challenges, and strengthen seller relationships.
• Support seller onboarding, KYC and platform activation.
• Monitor seller inventory, stock availability and replenishment requirements.
• Coordinate with sellers and internal teams to resolve order, payment, logistics and operational issues.
• Track seller performance, inactive sellers and stock-outs, and take corrective actions.
• Collect seller feedback and coordinate with relevant teams for timely resolution.

Candidate Profile

• Graduate in any discipline. (Agriculture Preferred )
• 1-4 years of experience in seller support, vendor management, field operations, e-commerce or customer support.
• Good communication and relationship-management skills.
• Comfortable with field visits and seller interactions.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
• Strong follow-up, problem-solving and ownership skills.
• Hindi and English communication skills preferred.
• Experience in agriculture/agri-inputs or e-commerce will be an added advantage.
