We are looking for an experienced Regional SCM Coordinator to manage reverse logistics and recovery of churn/returned telecom devices. The role involves coordinating with regional SCM teams, third-party logistics agencies, and riders to ensure faster device pickups and efficient recovery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with regional SCM teams and external agencies for device recovery.
• Drive faster pickup of devices pending with customers and reduce TAT.
• Track returned/churn devices and recovery status.
• Manage and monitor third-party logistics agencies and rider performance.
• Analyze recovery data and prepare MIS reports using Advanced Excel.
• Identify delays, resolve operational issues, and improve recovery processes.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure process compliance.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Reverse Logistics, or Device Recovery.
• Experience with telecom/electronics returns or churn device recovery preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Advanced Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP, Macros).
• Good communication, coordination, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing third-party logistics agencies is preferred.
• Bachelors degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
