Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Regional Sales Manager role based in Vijayawada. The Regional Sales Manager will lead and develop a high-performing sales team, set regional targets, and drive business growth for Urban Money’s loan and mortgage solutions. Responsibilities include planning and executing sales strategies, managing key partner and lender relationships, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring consistent achievement of sales objectives. The role involves coordinating with internal stakeholders for smooth loan processing, supporting client-facing teams with product knowledge, and maintaining compliance with organizational policies and regulatory guidelines. The Regional Sales Manager will also analyze market trends, identify new business opportunities, and contribute to regional expansion initiatives.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and business development skills, including target setting, pipeline management, and negotiation.
- Experience in financial services or banking, preferably in loans, mortgages, or related products.
- Proven people management capabilities, including team leadership, coaching, and performance monitoring.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with lenders, partners, and clients, with strong stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with proficiency in English and local languages preferred.
- Analytical skills for interpreting sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to inform strategy.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent is an advantage.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and willingness to travel within the region as needed.
