Regional Sales Manager

Spinny Capital is looking for an experienced Regional Sales Head to drive used car auto loan sales and dealer financing business across South India. The role involves regional business growth, dealer relationship management, team leadership, and achieving loan disbursement targets.

Responsibilities:

• Drive regional sales, P& L, and loan disbursement targets across South India.
• Build and strengthen relationships with used car dealers and dealer auction networks.
• Expand dealer funding and retail auto loan business across key cities such as Bangalore, Hyderabad, and Chennai.
• Lead, mentor, and scale a regional sales team of 10-12 members.
• Collaborate with Credit, Risk, Collections, and Operations teams to ensure smooth loan processing.
• Monitor market trends, competition, portfolio quality, and regulatory compliance.

Requirements:

• 8-12 years of experience in auto loan sales, used car finance, dealer funding, or NBFC auto loans.
• Strong dealer network and proven track record of achieving sales and disbursement targets.
• Experience in team management and regional sales expansion.
• Good understanding of the used car financing ecosystem.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Preferred Candidates: Professionals from leading banks/NBFCs with experience in auto loans, dealer funding, or used car financing.
