Regional Sales Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets in the assigned region.
• Build strong relationships with key decision-makers at bank partners, identifying opportunities for cross-selling general insurance products
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the competitive bancassurance landscape.

Job Requirements :

• 4-8 years of experience in bancassurance sales or related field.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets through effective relationship-building and negotiation skills.
• Strong understanding of general insurance products and their applications in various industries (e.g., commercial, consumer).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
