Job Title: Regional Sales Director (RSD) Guwahati

Role & Responsibilities:

• Lead and drive regional sales for luxury home elevators across the assigned territory.
• Develop and execute strategies to achieve revenue targets and business growth.
• Manage, mentor, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance.
• Build strong relationships with HNI/UHNI clients, architects, builders, and channel partners.
• Drive end-to-end sales closures, from lead generation and client meetings to negotiations and deal closure.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the regional market presence.
• Monitor sales performance, pipeline, and competitor activities.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• 815 years of experience in sales, preferably in luxury products, real estate, premium automobiles, interiors, or building solutions.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and closing high-value deals.
• Strong leadership, team management, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
• Experience handling HNI/UHNI customers and premium clientele is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills with a result-oriented and strategic mindset.
• Candidates with experience in elevators, luxury home solutions, or high-ticket B2C sales will be preferred.
