• Leading team, supporting & motivating Medical Representatives , Area managers to generate sales.
• Increasing doctor prescription
• Making productive and effective doctor calls.(joint+ individual calls)
• Performing doctor activities (eg. CME, conferences)
• Preparing, screening & implementing doctor list division & zone wise.
• Meeting stockist and medial stores for generating primary & secondary sales.
• Achieving individual as well as pool target.
• Proper reporting/ MIS to the RSM.

Required Candidate profile: As a ASM

• Experience: 4 to 7 yrs. (PREF IN DERMA DIVISION)
• FIELD JOB: Must have own vehicle(two wheeler)
• Communication in English is must with good presentation skills.
• Candidate must be self motivated, ambitious and energetic with a pleasing personality.
• Team building & motivational skills.
• Enthusiastic, assertive with go getter attitude.
• Min graduate in any field. (pref. science/pharmacy).
