Regional Sales Manager

About the Role:

Jainam Broking Limited is a fast-growing financial services organization delivering comprehensive investment and wealth management solutions across India. With a strong foundation of trust, innovation, and client-centricity, Jainam continues to expand its presence in the capital markets ecosystem. We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager who will lead and manage a team of Business Development Managers to drive large-scale acquisition and activation of Authorized Persons (APs). This role will be responsible for defining and executing regional sales strategies aligned with organizational objectives. You will play a critical leadership role in scaling Jainam's distribution network and ensuring consistent achievement of regional targets.

Responsibilities:

- Lead, mentor, and manage the team of Business Development Managers

- Define and execute regional sales strategy aligned with organizational goals

- Set monthly, quarterly, and annual targets for AP acquisition and activation

- Monitor performance metrics and drive corrective action plans

- Drive large-scale acquisition of new Authorized Persons across the region

Qualifications:

- 8+ years of experience in sales within BFSI - Capital Markets

- Minimum 3+ years in team handling role

- Strong understanding of broking channel sales and AP model

- Proven leadership and target achievement record

- Strong analytical and performance management skills
