About the Role
VidyutX Distribution is the authorized distribution channel for Tecno Mobile India and VidyutX India. We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Sales Regional Manager to drive sales growth, expand our retailer network, and manage market operations across the assigned territory.
The candidate will be responsible for increasing sales of Tecno smartphones and VidyutX mobile accessories by developing strong relationships with retailers, managing sales activities, and identifying new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop sales across Chikodi, Athani, Raibag, Kagwad and Nippani talukas.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for Tecno Mobile and VidyutX Accessories.
- Develop new retailers and expand the distribution network in the assigned territory.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing retailers and ensure regular business.
- Conduct regular market visits and identify new sales opportunities.
- Ensure proper product availability and visibility at retail outlets.
- Promote and explain Tecno smartphones and VidyutX accessories to retailers.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, schemes and market trends.
- Coordinate with sales executives and other field staff to improve market coverage.
- Follow up on retailer orders, payments and outstanding amounts.
- Implement company schemes, promotions and sales campaigns at the retail level.
- Prepare regular sales and market reports for management.
- Achieve territory-wise targets and continuously improve market performance.
Required Experience
- 2–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in:
- Mobile & Electronics Distribution
- Consumer Electronics
- FMCG
- Mobile Accessories
- Telecom
- Other Fast-Moving Consumer Goods / Distribution businesses
- Experience in handling retailers, distributors and field sales will be preferred.
- Candidates with strong knowledge of the local market and retailer network will have an advantage.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good understanding of retail and distribution sales.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Ability to build and maintain retailer relationships.
- Strong market knowledge and field-sales discipline.
- Ability to lead and coordinate sales teams.
