GMC Consumer Brands is expanding its FMCG distribution network across Rajasthan and is looking for an ambitious Regional Sales Manager to lead this growth.

YOUR ROLE

• Build and expand the distributor network across Rajasthan
• Appoint and develop distributors in new markets
• Drive primary & secondary sales
• Expand retail outlet coverage and product availability
• Manage distributor relationships, targets and collections
• Identify high-potential cities, towns and markets
• Track competitors, pricing and market opportunities
• Lead field execution and achieve monthly sales targets

WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• 3-8 years FMCG sales experience
• Strong distributor & traditional-trade network in Rajasthan
• Proven experience in market expansion and distributor appointment
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Highly target-driven and comfortable with extensive travel
• Someone who thinks like a business builder, not just a salesperson
