Regional Sales Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve business objectives in the building material industry.
• Manage a team of sales representatives to drive revenue growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase market share.
• Build strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners to identify new opportunities and resolve issues.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform strategic decisions.

Job Requirements :

• 9-17 years of experience as a Regional Sales Manager or similar role in the building material industry.
• Proven track record of achieving significant revenue growth through effective leadership and strategy execution.
• Strong understanding of the local market dynamics, including competition analysis and customer behavior.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
