GMC Consumer Brands is looking for a dynamic State Business Director to drive sales and distribution across Punjab and Haryana
Key Responsibilities
- Handle state-level sales, distribution and business growth.
- Appoint and develop distributors / channel partners
- Payment follow-ups, outstanding receivables and timely collection of market dues
- Lead, manage and mentor the team of Area Business Managers (ABMs)
- Set targets, review performance and drive market execution.
- Expand distribution, outlet coverage and secondary sales.
- Manage schemes, collections, stock rotation and distributor profitability
- Monitor competition and identify new business opportunities.
- Conduct regular market visits and ensure strong field execution
Candidate Profile
- 4-10 years FMCG sales experience, preferably in General Trade
- Strong distributor network-building and team-management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation and leadership abilities
- Highly target-oriented, commercially sharp and field-driven
