Regional Sales Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Independently manage and grow a portfolio of 1520 distributors within the assigned region, ensuring consistent order flow, timely servicing, and strong relationship management
• Develop and execute the regional sales strategy to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
• Appoint, manage, and expand the dealer/distributor network across the assigned region
• Build strong relationships with architects, interior designers, modular kitchen dealers, and retail partners
• Conduct regular market visits, product demonstrations, and dealer meets
• Monitor competitor activity, pricing, and market trends to identify growth opportunities
• Ensure timely collections and adherence to company payment terms
• Coordinate with the Morbi manufacturing/head office team on order execution, stock planning, and after-sales support
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate / MBA preferred (Sales & Marketing specialization is a plus)
• 38 years of proven experience in regional/channel sales, ideally in kitchen sinks, sanitaryware, tiles, hardware, or building materials
• Existing network of 1520+ distributors in the respective region is highly desirable
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently

• Fixed Monthly Salary: 40,000 45,000 per month
